Yukari Sendo is the smartest and youngest student at Yokai Academy. She is a witch viewed as "Beings of the Borderline", as she is the one between humans and the supernatural. Yukari was always alone and she was hated by her classmates. One day, Moka saw several guys bullying Yukari and she protected Yukari from them. After then, Yukari stayed with Moka all the way, which angered Tsukune very much.
Kurumu told Tsukune that Yukari was isolated by her classmates in Rosario + Vampire Episode 3, because she is a witch. Tsukune felt sorry to hear that, and he ran out of the classroom to look for Yukari. He found her in the forest where she was hitting by her classmates. Tsukune was hurted by them to save Yukari, which really moved Yukari.
