Sango is a “taijia”. Her father and other parterners were all killed by her little brother---Kohaku who was controlled by Naraku at that time in some Inuyasha episode, which is miserable for both Sango and Kohaku.
Sango fell in love with Miroku unconsciously and she was always jealous when Miroku flirted with other girls in which we can read her feeling obviously in Inuyasha anime. However, it is hard to read Miroku’s mind clearly. The words Miroku had ever said were that Sango was special compared to other girls for him in which we may know well that Miroku loves Sango. I have no idea who should be the first one loses his or her heart to the other.
